What Is Brain Injury Care?
Brain injury care is specialist home care for adults living with the effects of an acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury or related neurological condition. Support may be needed after hospital discharge, during rehabilitation or as part of long-term daily care.
Brain injury can affect memory, behaviour, mood, mobility, communication, swallowing, personal care and independence. The right care plan helps make daily life safer, calmer and more predictable at home.
At Great Life Care, we focus on the person behind the injury — their routine, comfort, goals, dignity and quality of life.
